My Choice is a program that encourages you to share your reasons for choosing ADVATE therapy, as well as your experiences and accomplishments living with hemophilia.

As a thank you for submitting your story to the My Choice program, we’re offering you a complimentary gift.
Sharing Your Story: Tell your story in writing or capture it in a video. Either way, just use the sample questions below in Telling Your Story as a guideline. Written stories may range from a paragraph to a couple of pages and should be accompanied by a photograph. Videos can be up to 4 minutes in length.
